Welcome to Camphill Village Trust

Dear Candidate,

We are delighted to share these opportunities to join our new fundraising team at Camphill Village Trust.

As a national charity, the Trust has provided a range of care, support, and accommodation for people with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health challenges since 1954. We support around 550 adults in nine communities across England.

Our aim is to empower people with disabilities to lead more connected, fulfilled lives with meaning and purpose.

We call this ‘a life of opportunity’ and we believe that, with the right support, it is possible for everyone. Our approach is to provide social farms, gardens and craft opportunities utilising our natural environment and creating sustainable communities.

We are about to launch an ambitious new strategy to deliver this support to even more people, building on our unique heritage. We are pioneers of relationship fundraising and benefit from an extremely loyal and generous community of supporters. However, we know that we will need to increase our income over the coming years to deliver the impact for people with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health challenges that they deserve.

Our trustees have agreed our fundraising strategy, so we now need brilliant, passionate people to help deliver it. Please click through for more information about us, the roles and who we’re looking for.

If this sounds exciting to you, and you have the experience, and skills to help us achieve our ambitious vision, we’d love to hear from you.

Matthew Wilkley, Fundraising & Communications Director
